HEY, I'M BRAVO - WANNA BE BEST FRIENDS?
I'm an Australian Kelpie mix...(that means I'm smart and cute, just sayin'). I weigh about 45 pounds and was born around 7/01/23. I like chasing toys, learning tricks, and pretending I'm not totally obsessed with cuddles. I'm heartworm negative and up to date on my vaccines and preventatives.
Everyone says I'm one of the good ones.
* I'm smart - I pick things up fast and love learning.
* I'm loyal - once I bond with you, I'm all in.
* I'm playful - but I know how to chill too.
* I'm friendly - great with people and other dogs.
* I'm well mannered - I'm crate trained, potty trained, walks like a pro, and has an amazing off-leash recall.
* I'm leash trained
* I'm housetrained and crate trained too
Honestly? I just want someone to see what a great dog I am and give me a shot outside these pound walls. Could that be you?
Right now I'm in a kennel, and it's not where a fun guy like me belongs. I keep dreaming about grass under my paws, treats in my belly, and a human to call my own. If you've got room in your heart (and maybe your couch), I'll be the most loyal pal you've ever had. Please apply to adopt me today!
Currently this sweet baby is with our rescue in Arkansas.
We DO, however, transport monthly to the metro Detroit area of MI. Because we’re able to transport, we ARE able to accept adoption applications directly from residents of MI.
Why do we transport? Because animal overpopulation is severe in our region, and stray and unwanted dogs have very little chance of finding a home here. These babies are, however, at a high risk of being neglected, abused, abandoned, euthanized or even shot (it’s “the way things are done” for some people down here). YOU are truly one of the only safe and happy endings for the lucky ones we are able to rescue.
Upon approval of your adoption application, we will then transport your new furbaby to you in the metro Detroit area for just a small travel expense fee of $50 in addition to the adoption fee.
