Brass is a 4 year old trained sheepdog seeking an active pet home or experienced shepherd who needs sometime help. We suspect he would also happily move geese in a team situation.

Brass is a Ferrari type working dog who's not so good about taking care of himself. He's been here on the farm for a few years and when worked a lot, he gets gimpy. He'd be a fine chore dog for the small holding.

Brass would make an excellent walking or hiking partner for the experienced border collie owner. Brass is well seasoned, and can be sweet and gregarious with his people, but can have stranger danger, so a home in a rural area would be best.

Brass has gotten along well with other dogs and cats, and has lived on acreage with livestock. He has not lived with children, and will not be offered to a home where young children reside.
