Meet Brad Pawsley

"Brad is a male, 16 pound, seven-week-old Great Pyrenees mix puppy. He has a very soft and fluffy mostly gray/ light brown coat, white paws, a white chest, and a fluffy tail (and white tail tip!).His face is mostly gray/ light brown with a white muzzle. Brad is the life of the party in his foster home. He is the biggest and most outgoing puppy in his litter. His favorite activities currently are: eating, playing with his littermates, and investigating his surroundings (he will happily untie/ chew on your shoelaces. Consider yourself warned!) He and his family have been such a joy to foster. We do hope he, his mom Carrie Underwoof, and littermates Tim McPaw and Dolly Pawton, will remember to write and keep us updated as they grow up!

Brad's ideal home would either have another dog for him to play with, or a family who is home most of the time. He is a young puppy who can't wait to take on the world!

*****WARNING****

If you continue to read on, I hope that you will be ready for some uncontrollable aww's and to throw caution to the wind and welcome a bear to the family!

This too-cute-for-words pup is Brad Pawsley. Brad is one of those pups that will hardly ever hear the word no. If he wants treats...he gets them. If he wants food...he gets it. If he wants cuddles....he 100% gets them. This puppy will make your heart melt and will quickly become your absolute best friend. Brad is the kind of pup that is going to grow up into a fluffy brown bear. We estimate he is going to top out somewhere in the 80-90lb range so while he may be cute and small right now...that will change as soon as the next few weeks. He isn't even 8 weeks yet and is almost 20lbs already!

We believe that Brad Pawsley is going to enjoy doing all sorts of things with his new family. He would like walks, hikes, trips to stores, road trips, and just being out and about. Right now he loves everyone, and will need someone who can continue working with him on his socialization skills. Since he will soon turn be a big boy, you wanna make sure that he is exposed to lots of different things! The last thing you want is a grumpy bear that doesn't wanna go anywhere and have anyone come over. I mean just because he looks like a bear cub...doesn't mean he has to act like an adult bear ? Brad does good in the car and will make someone an amazing addition!

Brad Pawsley is being fostered around other dogs and does great with them. He would love another dog to show him the ropes and play with him. He is not currently being fostered around cats or kids but given how young he is...should do just fine.

As cute as Brad is...he is going to need a home that won't let him walk all over them....and as cute as he is...its very possible! However, this guy is going to get big and will need proper training and socialization growing up to ensure that he is the best boy possible! Brad loves toys, playing with his siblings, napping, and cuddling. He has your typical puppy energy right now but will probably be on the more playful side as an adult.

As cute as Brad Pawsley is...I am sure that you can overlook that he isn't potty or kennel trained yet. Given his age...that really shouldn't be such a surprise though. He also has no experience on the leash yet due to his age so his new family needs to be all in on him. He will need all the lovings and training, but trust me...he will be well worth it! ?

Brad Pawsley will be ready to go home around the 20th so his new family needs to be able to pick him up around that time.

If you are interested in offering this guy a FOREVER home-we, as well as Brad Pawsley, are not interested in a temporary setup, you can apply to adopt him at
https://www.pyrpawsandfluffytailsrescue.com/adoption-app

Once this app comes in, it will be sent to his foster family. This is to help ensure that not only is he a good fit for you but that you are also a good fit for him! ?

He is currently residing in Tulsa, OK. If you have fallen in love with him and are out of state, how about a road trip? We won't send our dogs on a long transport, so the only way we are allowing him to relocate to another state...is if he is driving off with his new family ?

His adoption fee is $300.
That will include two sets of puppy shots and wormings. He will also have had a bordetella. He will be micro-chipped, have a fecal done, be de-wormed, be spayed/neutered, and will be current on heartworm and flea/tick prevention.
