Boston’s a smart and goofy puppy, who is eager to please! He’s crate trained, house broken, knows basic commands and walks well on the leash. He loves carrying toys in his mouth and enjoys spending time with his foster pup sister.

Boston loves to cuddle but also does well keeping himself busy! We know that when his furever family comes along, they will love his goofiness and quirks as much as we do.

This handsome boy plays well with other dogs. He walks well on a leash, goes into the crate by himself, and knows commands such as sit, paw, down, come, and stay. He’s working on leave it and drop it! Boston is very food motivated and really aims to please his humans. He responds well to his name too! Boston is good in his crate and can be left alone while his humans are working or running errands without issue.

Boston has shown herding behavior around kids, and sometimes kids make him nervous. We think he’d do best in a home with older kids (10+) or no kids. He does get nervous when meeting new people and hasn’t enjoyed attending adopting events, so he’d really benefit from a home that recognizes this and is willing to be patient with him. He wouldn’t thrive in a home where there are a lot of visitors to the home.

Boston has been living with his foster family for several months now, and he has come so far while with them. We are very proud of him and excited to see him continue to blossom in his forever home!
