Meet Boots and Duke
Name: Boots and Duke
Age: 5 years old

Boots and Duke are 5 year old litter mates. They've been together their whole lives and are quite dependent on each other. Boots is a black hairless female that weighs 6 pounds and Duke is a brown hairless male that weighs about 9 pounds.
We're looking for a quite home without children for this pair. Boots has a difficult time meeting new people and can be snippy. We are concerned that she will snap at or even bite a child. She's also not the biggest fan of men but will warm up to a man. It just takes some time for her to adjust and will need some patience and understanding while she learns to trust. They have done well with their foster mom who works from home so that would be a great environment for them but is not an absolute must have.
Duke has a luxating patella and will possibly require surgery in the future. They are both spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. No other known medical issues for either dog.
Boots and Duke are being fostered in Houston, TX. We can assist with coordinating transport.
