Bonnaroo is accepting applications for adopters interested in taking him on a two-week trial when he arrives on June 5th. This approximately 2 year old, medium sized mixed breed was found as a stray and ended up with our rescue partners in Alabama. His nature is to be pretty low key, though that doesn’t mean he wants to just lay on the couch all day. He has good leash manners and would love a walk everyday and then some snuggles, and even a back yard to sniff around and romp. He is excellent with everyone- humans and dogs alike, and didn’t mind the kitties in the shelter. He is working on perfecting his house training, but he is good in his kennel. He is heartworm negative and up to date on vaccinations and neutered. As mentioned he arrives on June 5th, and would love someone to take him home that day.
Due to COVID we have changed our adoption process slightly! With trying to limit contact between fosters and adopters, foster availability and other various factors, our dogs are looking for someone to commit to taking them upon arrival in Minnesota. This means if they are arriving upcoming, they are not available for meeting prior to taking them home. The good news on this is you get two weeks once you take them home to ensure they are the right fit for your and really get to see how they are in your home. We understand that this does not work for everyone or every situation, but in order to be able to save more dogs it really has worked well for us. This dog arrives on 6/5 and is available to go home with their new family for the 2 week trial that day.
Requirements: Home with yard space.
Adoption Fee: $450 + tax. This includes neuter/spay, current vaccinations as age appropriate, heartworm/tick testing if appropriate, deworming, microchip, and current preventatives
