Bodie's Story

Bodie is a gorgeous 9-year-old Husky who's looking for a calm, loving home to enjoy his golden years. He's a gentle, sweet-natured guy who wins everyone over with his soulful eyes and soft spirit. Like many seniors, Bodie has a few age (and weight)-related mobility quirks, but that doesn't stop him from enjoying the simple pleasures in life - sniffing around the yard, hunting for voles, and rolling blissfully in the grass. He's also got a playful side and gets a kick out of squeaky toys! Bodie is perfectly house-trained and has excellent manners. He's neutral with other dogs and coexists peacefully, though he's not interested in playtime (his current foster friends are seniors too). While generally quiet, he does have that signature Husky howl and likes to use it on occasion - so no apartments for this distinguished gentleman. If you're looking for a loyal, mellow companion who still has plenty of love (and a few songs!) to share, Bodie may be the perfect match.
