Bocephus Boxer Mix Fort Worth, TX

Hi! My name is Bocephus (Bo-Bo for short) and I am a 2-year-old Boxer mix! I was saved from the Weatherford shelter and used to be so skinny, but I now have sleek fur and a slightly chunky physique. I am just a big goofy guy! I’m convinced that my whole purpose is to make people laugh! I love playing with ANY and all toys (no, seriously!) but really enjoy heavy duty ones such as KONG toys, because I love to chew on them. My most favorite toy is a squishy stuffed alien: he's my baby and sleeps next to me. I’m completely potty trained and I am very good about letting you know when I need to go using bells by the door. I love going on walks and, even with my chunky boy strength, have pretty good leash manners. I am completely crate trained and prefer to be crated when home alone. My foster mom is a nurse and I sometimes get a little antsy for her to come home from her long shifts, but love that she gets extra days off to spend just with me. I also love meeting and playing with other dogs. My foster mom says I would do best in a family home with older kids (8+): I'm too goofy and unaware of my size to hang out off leash with teetering toddlers. I am EXTREMELY smart, and eager to learn (with treats of course!). I am neutered, up to date on vaccines and Heartworm negative.
