Meet Bobby
Looks like: Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua mix
Male, 9 years old (estimated), 18 pounds
Charming Bobby is a sweetheart that truly just wants to find his place in this scary world where he can live his dream of feeling safe and loved. This gentle and affectionate pup enjoys the simple pleasures in life. He enjoys a relaxing snuggle, light walks, the company of his human companions, and napping the day away.
Handsome Bobby joined us after spending some time in a shelter with dogs that would regularly bully him. Unfortunately, that led to him becoming very insecure and shut down. Thankfully we were able to bring him into our program where he's come out of his shell quite a bit while in his loving foster home. While he is understandably a little fearful of dogs he would likely do well coexisting with a home that has like minded pups willing to give him his space. We have not yet had the opportunity to see how he is with cats or children but we can imagine with his shy and gentle nature he would be just fine under the watchful eye of his pet parent.
