He’s being fostered in KILLEEN, TEXAS and is eligible for out-of-state transport once matched with an approved adopter.<br/><br/>Born on 2/12/25, Bo Luke is one of seven puppies surrendered to a rural shelter with their mom. Thankfully, one of our amazing fosters stepped up, giving them a safe place to land and allowing us to welcome them into our rescue.<br/><br/>Meet Bo Luke – The Puppy with a Heart on His Nose (Literally!)<br/><br/>How do you not fall for a pup with a heart-shaped nose? We sure couldn’t—especially because Bo Luke’s little love mark has stayed perfectly shaped since the day he was born. This goofy, energetic Pitbull mix is the last of his littermates still looking for his forever home... and we think it’s just because his perfect match hasn’t found him yet.<br/><br/>With a bold, bouncy personality, Bo Luke is independent, confident, and loves to play hard with dogs of all sizes (he’s hung just fine with pups up to 75 lbs!). He’s done great with kids ages 3 to 17 and enjoys the company of his humans—even if he needs a minute to warm up. Once he does, that smart and silly streak shines right through.<br/><br/>This sweet boy is housebroken and does well when crated. We anticipate some changes to this during a transition into a new home. he’s already sleeping through the night like a champ (11pm to 6am!) and making steady progress. He’ll need a patient home that’s ready to guide him through puppyhood with consistency and love.<br/><br/>Bo Luke doesn’t need a canine sibling, but he’d love a doggy playmate. What he really craves is a home that can keep up with his energy, provide plenty of play and social time, and continue his positive training journey.<br/><br/>If you’re ready to fall for a pup with a heart-shaped nose and a heart just as big, Bo Luke might be your perfect match.<br/><br/><br/>___<br/><br/>***Listed BREED and AGE - We are taking our best guess & recommendations from our veterinarian on age, breed and size when fully grown.
