Bo Labrador Retriever Manhattan, KS

Bo is a very sweet, but powerful, black lab, pyrenees mix. Neutered and vaxxed up to date. He's probably around 2 years old. He has shown severe separation anxiety from her and has bonded to her. We have worked to calm this with Prozac, Benadryl, but mostly kenneling him next to my dog. He does well with other dogs when introduced slowly. He does get excited around other dogs and it looks like aggression (haunches up, growl, or bark) and it could be, but he displayed this when meeting my dog and we determined he was being playful. They are best buds now. He can sit, is very polite with food, loves car rides, knows words like "outside", "car ride", and "kennel". He has always willingly gone into his kennel, but it was a long process to get him comfortable there. He used to soil himself in the kennel, chew blankets, bark, and even chew the bars. Now that he kennels next to our dog, he has calmed down. He does run off when given a chance, it seems like he likes to be chased and thinks it's a game; he will behave the same when he has a ball or toy, rather than bring it, he runs off to be chased.
