Blythe is a handsome Red and White Australian Shepherd. He is shy but coming forward more everyday.

This young boy who was liberated from a puppy mill. He is just 11 months old.
Blythe will need another dog to help him learn how to adjust to home life but with patience and love can learn to be a happy family dog.

Puppy mill dogs are typically high flight risks and need a super secure fenced yard. He is learning to walk on a leash but will need a yard to get all of the exercise he needs.

We cannot confirm that dogs who come from the shelter will be house trained.

He is not yet house trained.

Please be prepared to provide the training and dedication that will be needed.

We do not have any way of knowing if a dog or cat will do well with all children or all other animals.

*** This is why it is important that we introduce everyone in the home to the new pet. Please plan to have the whole family come visit.

*** We also require that any family dogs come into meet your potential adoptee. Please be sure your dogs are spayed or neutered and current on vaccines (distemper - parvo and rabies) before bringing them to the shelter.

*** All dogs must be transported home in a travel crate to transport your new pup home safely.


*** Renters must provide a copy of a lease indicating pets are allowed or contact information for the landlord.
