Meet Blue
Introducing Blue!
This handsome guy was found roaming around trying to seek shelter at a school. After 28 days at the shelter they put him on the euthanasia list. Thankfully his foster mom saw his plea for help and couldn't let him die.
Since then Blue has been thriving. He is a happy-go-lucky guy and still has a lot of fun active puppy energy. He is dog door trained and has never had an accident in the house. He is being fostered with 2 other dogs and likes them both. Even though the oldest one isn't a fan of Blue's puppy energy he doesn't mind. He just continues to try and get the old grump to play. He has met several kids ranging from 2-9years old and did great greeting them calmly. He loves attention and has never met a stranger. Getting pets is his favorite.
We would say he has medium-high energy and would thrive in an active family that has time to make sure he gets plenty of exercise. Like most dogs Blue would benefit from further training and would help make sure he is the best Blue he can be.
The shelter had Blue listed as a lab mix and we think maybe husky as well because his coloring is so cool, but of course this is just a guess. He is 1yr old and weighs 57lbs. Can you imagine how good looking he is going to be as an old pup?! Silver fox for sure.
