Meet Blu – Your Future Adventure Buddy!

Blu is a playful, scruffy little pup who came to us from a shelter in Mississippi and is ready to charm his way into your heart. We think he’s a pit mix with just the right amount of scruff, and we don’t expect him to get too big—likely topping out in the true medium range around 45–55 pounds.

Blu is all puppy energy and smarts! He loves to run, dig, chew on sticks, and play with toys—basically, if it’s fun, Blu is in. He’s also made impressive progress with crate training and has been dry overnight since day one! Potty training is a work in progress, but as long as he’s let out regularly, he’s doing a great job.

Walks are one of Blu’s favorite activities, and he’s a champ on the leash. He’s very treat-motivated and already knows “sit” and is working hard on “come” and “leave it.” After a good play session, he’s more than happy to crash for a nap—he’s got that perfect puppy balance of playful and peaceful.

Blu is curious about other dogs and loves playing with both humans and canine pals. He has an independent streak and enjoys exploring on his own but is just as happy being part of the action with others.

Adopters will be provided a voucher to get him neutered at a participating vet office when age appropriate.
