Blippi Cocker Spaniel & Poodle Mix Palatine, IL

Puppy mills are horrendous places. Blippi, a one year old Cocker/Poodle mix, was rescued from one that was even worse than most. But now that he’s outta there, he is SO happy and thankful! There’s no one he doesn’t like; Blippi gets along well with the small children, resident dogs, and chickens at his foster home.

Weighing only nine pounds, Blippi is the perfect size for cuddling, which is great because he’ll take all he can get! He is gentle with small humans and listens very well for a puppy. Blippi seems to be a fast learner and certainly tries to please. He is doing well with housebreaking but will need continued training. As with most puppies, he explores with his mouth and will need reminders about what he can and cannot chew. Blippi does well in his crate.

If we do not receive any communication from you, the dog may be adopted out at our event prior to 12 pm if the perfect home comes along. :-)

However, visual breed identification is unreliable. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog’s individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess. Dogs are individuals.
