Meet Blaze, a handsome Black Labrador Retriever mix with a heart as big as his love for playing! This sweet boy is noted to be good with kids, housetrained, and knows his basic training cues-what a smart pup!

Blaze absolutely loves his walks and enjoys every chance to play and explore. He can be a bit strong on the leash, so he does best with a Freedom Harness here at the shelter to help him strut his stuff. With his playful personality and boundless energy, Blaze is looking for an active home that can keep up with his need for both mental and physical stimulation.

Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.
