Blacky is a sweet shy boy at first. He is playful and warms up once he knows you are someone he can trust. Would make a great running buddy. We think that he would do best as an only pet or with a female doggie home. Blacky is nervous at first but comes around quickly.

2nd Chance Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 Non-profit rescue organization. All of our animals come fully vetted which includes vaccinations, spay/neuter as well as Heartworm and flea/tick prevention. We can also arrange transportation to your location within 500 miles of our sanctuary in Hayden, Alabama if necessary. The additional charge of $35 (health certificate required for out of state travel) plus a .50 cents per mile charge to your location. This will be calculated on an individual basis should you need this option and you will be given the total prior to finalization of the adoption process. There is a Non-Refundable $100.00 deposit that will be required in order to secure a place on a transport. The $100.00 deposit will be deducted from the balance owed at the time of the adoption. Deposits and fees can be paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash. All balances must be paid in full at the time of the dog's arrival to you. We look forward to helping you find your family's new Baby!
