Ace j is a 2 year old rottie/lab mix. 90 lbs. He is heartworm negative and is on flea and heartworm prevention.

Ace is a big boy. He weighs 90 pounds. He’s a Rottweiler mix. So, of course, some will think that Ace is a tough guy. You know, the kind of dog that intimidates and scares people. Yep. Some will think that. And they will be wrong. This dog is a big lump with a tendency to be goofy at times. But the most endearing thing about him is that it’s like he’s trying to apologize for being big. I think he really want to be a purse or pocket dog. He’s not. He’s a sweet boy who just happens to be on the large side. Take a good look at this picture. You can see it in his eyes. Ace wants to be loved. You’ll also notice his tongue. Yeah, that’s how he is. Big and beautiful. With a nice dose of goofiness. Ace is wonderful. On a dreary night like this...what you really need is a big, warm, happy dog to curl up on the couch with. You can hug him, squeeze him and call him Ace. Because that’s his name. And it fits him. Ace is a Rottweiler mix. He weighs 90 pounds...and it’s like he’s always apologizing for his size. He knows he’s large and he doesn’t want that to be a thing with you. Because in his mind, he’s still a baby dog that needs snuggle time. Ace is two years old...so being a big puppy isn’t that far of a stretch. He is polite, friendly and very endearing. There is something very comforting about being around him. So, yeah, that would be really great on a night like this. Actually, it would be great any night!


He is being trained in the Paws in Prison Program and will graduate from the obedience program 2/7/20. If you are looking to add this big guy to your family, please know he is housetrained and sweet.
