Meet Biskit
Meet Biskit! This darling medium-low energy collie mix has been with us for a few months, and we've fallen more in love with her every day. Now aged approximately 3-4 years and weighing 35-40 lbs, Biskit has blossomed during her time with us.
While initially reserved, she has shown her playful side more and more each day, especially since completing her heartworm treatment. This resilient girl is back in full swing and looking for her forever home.
Biskit loves to lounge with her human companions and has a sweet spot for belly rubs. But once she's warmed up to you, be prepared for some serious cuddles! She enjoys being close and shows her affection generously.
Walking with Biskit is a dream; she is poised and does exceptionally well on her leash. With a little time, patience, and trust, she's also shown to play nicely with other dogs, adding to her growing list of positive attributes; we believe she would be happiest with a confident canine companion. Speaking of trust, Biskit can be on her guard with new faces, both human and canine, but give her time, and she'll show her golden heart.
For families with kids, Biskit has become a favorite with elementary age children during her stay, showcasing her gentle and patient nature.
However, every gem has its imperfections. Biskit tends to get anxious, particularly during storms or when crated alone. Her comfort zone right now is being crated with her foster sister. She's seeking a patient owner who understands her anxieties, someone willing to help her navigate through them, possibly with the help of a confident canine companion.
In conclusion, Biskit is a gentle soul with a heart of gold, looking for an understanding, loving family and canine sibling that can support her as she continues to come out of her shell. Could you be the perfect match for Biskit? Contact us and let's find out!

Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.
Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet.
