Bingo Boxer Davis, CA

B-I-N-G-O B-I-N-G-O and Bingo was his name-o ooof, now I’m going to have that song stuck in my head all day. I am a super playful doggo and enjoy playing and running both my human and my doggy pals but please don’t sign me up for a marathon or long hikes! I’m crate trained, and yes, most of us are, but the great news is that I can be left at home to roam free because I’m such a good boy; I’ll just find a couch or a bed (preferably a hooman bed) to crash out on until you get home. I’m a great companion indoors and out and love to snuggle when we’re at home. Just call me Mr. Snuggles!

I’ve lived with several doggy friends and would love love love love a home with at least one other doggy sibling; the more the merrier as far as I’m concerned! Dog friends are the best and make me so happy! I look forward to fun outings to the park, the lake and my one of my favorite places to go is any restaurant that has a patio where I can hang out, enjoy good food and good company. My foster parents have said that I haven’t met a toy I haven’t liked because I think whoever invented toys should get a huge prize, like maybe a Nobel Toy Prize or something equally as fabulous to thank them for the greatest gift to dogkind.

I’m looking for a family of my own who will let me live life to the fullest, because although you’d never know it, my foster fam told me that I have a heart condition and although I’m not sure what that means for me in the future, it doesn’t hinder me. I’m allowed to exercise and have no limitations and my fam just lets me self-regulate. Want to go to a brewery, or grab some wine? Just tell the fam we’re going for a ride to the park, and they’ll never know! Let’s go, you’ve got the perfect alibi, ssssshhhh, it’ll be our little secret!

At two and a half months old, Bingo was found alone in a field and scared. It was discovered shortly after that that he had two congenital heart defects. Right now, one compensates for the other. We do not know what this means for Bingo long-term, but he has no idea he is sick and lives life to the fullest.

Adoption Requirements At a Glance.

* You must be 21 years of age
* You must have a fenced in yard (exceptions can be made for certain dogs)
* All current pets in the household MUST be spayed/neutered and current on shots (yes, we do call and verify this information)
* Applicants with young children will be required to answer additional questions
* Applicants that rent must provide Landlord contact info. NCBR requires verbal landlord approval for all renters.
* We no not do adopt female boxers into homes with other large breed female dogs
* We do not adopt out dogs as gifts
* All pets must be INDOOR companions!
* NCBR does not adopt out of state, except northwest Nevada.
