Hey there, I'm Bindey. I am a sweet little lady who gets along great with dogs and cats and kids! I am house trained and am learning what it means to walk on a leash. I like to go nice and slow and smell all the smells. I don't need to be crated when left alone, but I like to bark in protest when I am put there just because I know I am such a good girl even when you aren't home to watch me. I would prefer not to be crated at night and would love to snuggle up in your bed beside you or on my dog bed. My foster mom says I am the sweetest little lady you will ever meet. She says the only bad thing about me is that I am too sweet for my own good. I love to be around my humans and get all the pets and cuddles. I am a puppy mill survivor so, while I am sweet and lovable, I also do take time to get comfortable in new situations. Since I do get nervous in new situations you will have to keep an eye on me around open doors as I have been known to try to escape. I haven't shown much interest in toys yet. I do enjoy chewing a small bone from time to time and am sure I will figure out how fun toys can be with some time to decompress once in my new home. While I don't enjoy toys and treats yet, I do consider myself a fancy lady, so I prefer to have wet food on top of my dry food at mealtime. Also, since my legs are short I have a little trouble walking up more than a couple stairs, but I am working on it. It's totally ok if you carry me up and down that way I can be with you more. I am super excited to find my own family who will provide me all the love and attention I deserve!
