Hi-

My name is Billy- I'm an all white 1-2yo chi mix and I'm about 13lbs. When I was at the shelter everyone thought I was much older bc I was very scared and sad.
I was there for a long time- in fact it took animal control 2 weeks to catch me and my friends when we were loose on the street- we were super scared and wouldn't come out of hiding- eventually they tricked us and brought us to the shelter. I was so scared- all the noise and not being with my friends. Anytime someone came to check on me I would hide and shake in the corner- sometimes I screamed and that made them leave.

Then one day these nice people came and they didn't walk away- instead they hung out with me and gave me treats- took me for a walk. After an hour I felt so comfortable with them that I was sitting on their laps cuddling under their chins.

I need potty training work- my foster mom said its ok- its just so cold out and I hate to be outside for too long- but I'm making progress! She said there is an amazing family out there that’s just for me and that this will help them find me.

My foster family has lots of dogs big and small and kids too that are over 10 and I love everyone- I am the perfect family dog!

My favorite thing to do is snuggle under a blanket beside one of my humans or one of the other dogs.

I'm getting neutered Friday Feb 5th and then I'll be ready to be adopted!
