Meet Big Red
Big Red is a handsome and sleek 50 lb., Black Lab mix and his estimated DOB is 5/5/24.
Poor Red was dealt a rough hand in this life. His foster dad saw a post online about a dog tied up and abandoned at the park & ride near his house, so he drove down to check it out… Red must have freed himself somehow and hobbled right up to him. He had a clear injury which turned out to be a broken femur.
Red is healing and gets around fine and he is a happy and friendly guy. He is pretty laid back and happy just to be with you. He lives with small dogs and does well with them. He has also been around big dogs and cats and done fine with them.
He loves to ride in the truck and lounge on the couch. Could you be Red’s forever family?
He is:
* Fully vaccinated & neutered
* Potty trained, has not spent much time in a kennel
* Dog friendly, cat friendly, kids unknown
* Located in Houston, TX. Transport out of state is available.
