Meet Betty, a female black Catahoula pup who was born on January 2 of this year. She became a Misfit when she was born, due to her mother being seized from a cruelty situation during pregnancy. This pet is spayed, up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, heart-worm negative, and micro-chipped!

Betty is a growing pup, already demonstrating the intelligence and willingness characteristic of the Catahoula breed, loving to play yet always ready for a short training session. She sleeps in a crate in the house at night, sometimes cleanly, sometimes not, depending on how early her foster Mom manages to get up! She has grown up in a houseful of various sizes and temperaments of dogs (don’t mess with Aunt Molly, she’s gripey!), and cats aplenty. She would love a playmate in her new home, whether canine or human, and is just waiting for someone to teach her anything and everything, and maybe let her sleep on the couch?!
