Meet Bessie
Bessie the Beautiful brindle is a bulldog/boxer mix approximately 1-2 years old. She came from an area shelter after being picked up as an injured stray. She was transferred to us so she could get the leg repair surgery needed and time to heal in a home.
She has fully recovered from her surgery and now is seeking a home where she can be the Queen. She loves everyone she meets and loves to go for rides. She does need work on leash walking as she pulls like a freight train and she is all muscle. She would do best as the only dog but may be fine with a submissive male, as she has exhibited dog selectivity in foster with the females in the home. She is housebroken and crate trained.
