Meet Bessie

Bessie is a sweet 6 year old, 15 pound Chihuahua who was rescued from a rural shelter in Kentucky, after being found as a stray. This little lady loves snuggling with her people, especially on cold snowy days! She's a little nervous at first, but it doesn't take her too long to warm up.

Bessie would like to find a forever home with another small furry companion. She does really well with small dogs and cats, but she is nervous around big dogs. Bessie would do best in a home with older kids who can respect her space.
