Hi, my name is Berry! ? I’m 5yrs old and have lived almost my entire life tied up to a 3ft chain that has left a permanent scar on my neck. ? Every year I had to endure the cold and hot weather without any protection from the elements. Life has been rough, but I finally got a break when my owner died. Unfortunately, that was short-lived because the people that took me in didn’t have the patience I needed to adjust from living on a chain my whole life. ? I heard them talk about euthanizing me but instead, I landed in the shelter where I was even more terrified and confined for two weeks in a 2x4 cell. ? Luckily, Passion for Pitties came to my rescue. ? Now I’m finally getting a chance at a great life and the guidance I need to finally find a loving home. ?

I’m currently staying with a P4P staff member and although they are great and take me out on walks daily and get treats from neighbors, but they have a lot going on, so I would love a family of my own. Can you please consider giving me a chance? ?
