Meet Benny

My name is Benny. I am a 1-2 year old Male Mystery Mix. I weigh around 40 pounds. I was a stray in Hawaii. Shelter life is terrifying for me so the nice people in Hawaii thought I might enjoy ODR. I am still a very shy and cautious pup but being in the playrooms with the other confident dogs has really helped me.

I am looking for a patient home with another confident dog. I would love a yard and am learning that walks can be fun. I love my crate here and I am especially gentle with small dogs.

I am so popular with the staff here that one even sponsored part of my adoption fee!

I was briefly adopted for a few weeks but found myself back at the rescue. Although I was never vocal at the rescue, it seems that I have found my voice! I like to bark to alert at all the things that I find cool (which is a lot) and don't like to be in my crate all that much. I am also not fully housebroken so will need someone to be patient and help me learn the ropes! I am still a sweet guy but a little sad to be back at the rescue.
