Meet Beluga: Beluga is a small, 4.5-yr-old Westie/Yorkie and likely Chihuahua or Pomeranian Mix and one of Tootsie's pups. He was born July 2017 and his current caretaker has asked for help placing him in a new home. Beluga is quite shy and needs time and patience to learn to trust a new handler, as he's only known one keeper during his life so far. Beluga likes to take his cue's from other dogs regarding what is "safe" or "not safe", so he is looking for a home with another dog for him to guide him and to build a bridge of trust to the new owner. He would much prefer a somewhat quiet home with a similar sized dog, cats are fine, older children are likely fine as well.
