Meet Belle who is not only the prettiest girl in Maryland, but also one of the sweetest. She loves hugging everyone in her foster family and is always ready for a snuggle on the couch. Her foster family includes men, women and an older child. She loves everyone equally and is beginning to be more comfortable when new people visit the home. Belle loves to dress up in girly clothes and hang out with the “girls” in the house.

Belle also loves dogs and is always ready to play. She has enjoyed the company of both male and female dogs. She would enjoy having a dog sibling or friend who has lots of energy and can play hard. Belle lives peacefully with another dog in her foster home, but he is too small to play well. Belle also lives with a cat and would enjoy having a friendly cat sibling.

Belle is special because she had to overcome a major fear of humans and learn how to live in a home. She has come a long way and brings sunshine to her foster home. Belle now takes walks around the neighborhood and loves to hike on trails. She enjoys car rides and has even been on an overnight trip in a hotel. She slowly is learning that the world is not a scary place.
