Bella is an adorable feist/terrier mix. She is three-years-old and weighs just 30 pounds. She is one of our longest residents here at DAWS.

She is a playful and affectionate little girl who loves to play, zoomie around the yard, and show off her many tricks and commands that she knows. Bella will thrive in a quiet, adult-only home with patient adopters. She likes other dogs but is not a fan of cats. If interested, please email an application to dogs@daws.org. Here’s what a volunteer has to say about Bella: “This sweetheart keeps getting overlooked because it takes her a while to warm up to strangers. Most adopters want a 'ready-to-go dog' who will fit into their busy lives without much effort. Bella is truly an amazing dog, who once she trusts someone, will be a forever BF. She is housetrained and has done great while visiting in my home. She doesn't get into things that are not hers, and is as happy sleeping on the couch, or in the bed with me. The love this dog has to give is well worth the time it takes to earn her trust.”
