Becca Cocker Spaniel Aiken, SC

Becca is a 2 year old cocker spaniel who is right at 15 pounds. Those are her stats, but here is her situation. Becca needs a special home and special humans. So many of our rescued pups are just ready to go and blend immediately into your house, but there are a handful that need special attention and special love and that would be this beautiful girl. Becca is quite nervous around most everyone and most new situations; she doesn’t do well with younger children or loud noises. She is getting better with her leash training and is house and crate trained. As you can see, something in Becca’s past has set her up to not be comfortable but here is where that special family steps up! Her foster mom said she loves playing with her foster siblings and dog toys. She always has to have a dog toy in her mouth and will wander around with one, trying to entice others to play with her. This lovely girl will just need time, patience, guidance and then more time. She will get there, she just needs to learn to trust and to know that her days will be filled with love, food and fun play. Are you the right family?
