MUST LIVE IN ROCHESTER, NY AREA TO ADOPT. Preference given to having a physically fenced in yard.
Bear is a 10lb, 4 year old Silkie Terrier with a lot of love and affection to offer the right person(s). Bear would prefer to be an only dog, he likes other dogs fine, he’s just used to being the only dog in the household. He’s completely house-trained, crate trained and loves to play tug. Bear will need some time to adjust as he has some separation anxiety but if you’re willing to give home a couple of weeks to settle into your routine he will give you a lifetime of love. He would do best in a calmer home (no young kids) where someone is home more to give him the attention he wants.

We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally, if fencing is required it must be a physical fence and in place at time of home visit.
