Bear Mastiff Mix Kennewick, WA

Born October 3, 2017, Bear is a male Apricot Mastiff (possibly St. Bernard) mix seeking a forever home. Here is a little bit about him: Bear was hit by a car on the highway last summer and picked up by Benton County Canine. He was seriously injured and Mikey’s Chance took him in to give him his best chance at life! He has healed from his injuries and will always have a wonky gait! He loves people, adores children and is very gentle with all ages but is a bit shy at first. He LOVES dogs, I mean LOVES them and needs a larger playmate! He also does well with dog savvy cats!! Bear loves toys and will carry his stuffed dog around the house! Bear needs a home away from busy streets, he is petrified of cars! He will panic when cars are buzzing around him and wants to run! Bear is loyal, kind, goofy, protective and thinks he is a lap dog, in other words he is a very SPECIAL boy and will need an amazing family! Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, this dog will come to you from a foster home that has provided loving one-on-one attention, socialization and some basic training, as well as quality food and exercise.

Please note that adopters are not chosen on a first come, first served basis, but full consideration is given to the best fit for the dog AND the adopter.
