Baxter Coonhound Mix Stanton, KY

Our young Baxter is a jolly fun-loving guy. He loves to make new friends as he has a very outgoing personality. He is good with other dogs and is playful and well behaved except that he can scale a fence when he wants. He also knows some basic commands. He is loyal to stay with his familiar home and always eager to make friends.

Baxter is estimated to be 1-2 years old. His size is about 75 lbs. He was found roaming and not claimed. We don't know anything about his background but, he is a happy engaging boy.

We are a rural shelter with high intakes. As a result, the shelter dogs are not guaranteed safety. We do our best but, we need help.
ADOPTION FEES APPLY- Dogs $125. Cats $80. (We are not set up for credit or debit payments.)

The shelter is open Monday thru Friday from 9 - 3 p.m. except Thursdays (closed). Saturday hours are by appt.

After hours appts can be arranged with advance notice and an approved application. We want to accommodate!
