Sunny Skys Animal Rescue is moving this show on the road! We are having an adoption event in Sumner, WA this Saturday 1/23/21 from 10-4 for an adoption event! This will run like our normal shelter hours and pre approved applicants will be invited to meet and possibly adopt our amazing Sunny Sky's stars! Baxter and Kosmo-how special can 2 senior pups be? You just have to love their sweet faces! Baxter and his buddy Kosmo are just as friendly and cute as can be! Sadly these 2 special pups are looking for a new forever family after their owner lost her housing situation. They grew up together from puppies and only know life together. Baxter is 17 years young. He loves his walks and has quite a spring to his step. He loves cuddling on the couch, exploring the yard with Kosmo, and sitting for a few treats. He has that soft curly smokey black poodle coat with bright eyes. Baxter does have a seizure disorder which is controlled with meds twice a day. Kosmo on the other hand is a tiny white ball of fluffy love. He loves cuddling in blankets on your lap and being your special companion. But given a chance to share treats with Baxter this fun loving guy is right there! Kosmo had some prior dental challenges and is now missing all his teeth. But he is just fine on a soft food diet. Kosmo has a heart murmur and appreciates a quieter life. He is 13 years old. So together this amazing Dynamic Duo is counting the days as they look for their new forever home. That special home where they can be the love of their family's life! Again - please note Kosmo and Baxter need to be adopted together:)

Dog adoption fee is $259. This includes the spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate current vaccines (bordetella, distemper, rabies), microchip, and preventative flea treatment.
