Barron (affectionately called “Bear”) is a young pup with a scruffy coat and the heart of a playful explorer! Best guessed to be a scruffy pit mix, Barron is full of energy, curiosity, and a love for life.

He’s a typical fun-loving puppy who adores games of tug-of-war with his sister Bell and is always up for an adventure. Barron is doing fantastic with his training—he’s walking well on a leash, happily goes into his crate when prompted, and is making great progress with his puppy basics.

Barron has been living in a foster home with three kids under 10 and a cat, and he’s handled it all like a champ! Besides the occasional typical “puppy moments,” he’s shown he’s friendly, adaptable, and eager to be part of a family. He’s also met other dogs and gotten along great with them.

This happy, energetic boy would thrive in an active home where he gets plenty of attention, playtime, and love. If you’re ready for a loyal companion who will bring fun and joy to every day, Barron is ready to meet you!

Adopters will be given a voucher to cover the cost of his neuter at one of our participating vets when age appropriate.

We will review your application at our earliest convenience. If your application is selected, we will contact you for a phone interview. From there, we’d schedule a meet and greet with the dog to make sure it is a great fit for adoption for the whole family and any other dogs in your home.
