Meet Barrett
Barrett is sweet, loving and can be shy with new dogs. He has lived with a cat and he has never shown any aggression to the cat, though sometimes wants to play a little much. He has also lived with two other dogs but seems to be protective when meeting new dogs since he’s a shy guy. Barrett is timid and easily startled but is easily reassured by the love of his human companion. Sometimes Barrett is a little nervous about putting on a leash but once it’s on he does well with the occasional pulling during the walk. He has shown progress in training with sit, shake, down, off, come and is potty trained. He's a typical 2 year old goofball that tends to be easily distracted. Barrett loves his toys and being outside. Barrett thinks of himself as a lapdog, until he gets closer to your lap and figures out that he’s to big and awkwardly tries to figure it out. All and all he’s pup that just wants to make his companion happy and loved.
