Retired gentleman seeking his special someone! I'm Barnaby, an 11-year-old black Labrador retriever mix, and let me tell you, I’ve got the charm of a retired gentleman and the heart of a devoted companion. At a distinguished 55 pounds, I’m house-trained, well-mannered, and as easygoing as they come. My favorite pasttime is relaxing nearby while my people go about their day. I’m not one to demand much; just having you close by is enough to make my tail wag. I enjoy watching the world go by—whether it’s the kids playing or the dogs in the yard. I get along splendidly with both, by the way. I love a car ride though I might need a little help getting in and out these days. I dream of a home with a fenced yard where I can stretch my legs and soak up the sunshine. Ideally, my perfect person would have a little extra time to spend with me. I’m happiest when we’re together. Now, full disclosure: I’ve got a touch of dry skin that needs weekly coconut oil treatments. If you’re looking for a loyal, laid-back companion who thrives on your presence and shares your love for a slower pace of life, I’m your guy. My adoption fee is $75 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
