Barbie is a gorgeous black lab pittie mix. She's approximately 4-years-old and 60 pounds. Her fur is incredibly silky and soft and all of the volunteers just love petting her. She's a friend to everyone she meets and all she really wants is some quality cuddle-time with her forever family. She's gentle, loving, and kind, and she's ready to snuggle her way into your heart. But Barbie also has a super playful side and she absolutely adores running around in the playard. She's potty-trained and, as if that isn't enough, she walks beautifully on a leash. Barbie will even stand up on the wall to help volunteers clip her harness. How sweet is that?! She really seems to want a dog friend, though we haven't tried pairing her up for a playdate yet. But she's walked with other dogs on-leash and she did great!
