Meet Banshee

Meet the Rollercoaster Crew: Alpengeist, Banshee, Corkscrew, Orion, Rougarou and The Beast! These 2-month old puppies are Australian Shepherd mixes. They are intelligent, playful and 100% lap-loving, kiss-covering lovebugs. Alpengeist is 12-lbs of adorable! Rumor has it she has a "hidden Mickey". Can you find it on her unique face? She is fostered with her siblings and dogs of all sizes. Banshee is 12-lbs of love. She has been known to breakaway from playtime to seek out foster mom for snuggles and kisses. And she always gets them, because who can resist those eyes? She is fostered with her siblings and dogs of all sizes. Corkscrew may be the swimmer of the litter. How do we know? Well, this 12-lbs of mischief tries to swim in the water bowl regularly. She is fostered with her siblings and dogs of all sizes. Orion was a bit shy at first. She quickly warmed up and her fun, playful personality came right out! This 12-lb beauty loves playing with her siblings and the other dogs in the home. Rougarou is 12-lbs of personality! She is outgoing, fun and full of love. She is fostered with her siblings and dogs of all sizes. The Beast is the only male and tips the scale at 15-lbs. This ball of fluff has a hard time deciding whether he wants to be on his foster mom's lap...or on top of the air vent. He is fostered with his sisters and dogs of all sizes. Apply today to make one of the Rollercoaster Crew a member of your family. Banshee's adoption fee is $400.

All of our dogs come spayed or neutered, fully up to date on vaccinations, including rabies (if age appropriate) and bordetella, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.

For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the dog you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible.

We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where dogs can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting a dog in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

Thanks so much for caring about a needy animal!
