Bam Hound Mix Clayton, NC

Bam is a delightful 10-12 month old snuggler! If you research the breed Greek Harehound, he looks just like one! But for practical identification we are calling him a hound mix. Currently around 30 pounds, he shouldn’t be more than 45 pounds when fully grown.

Bam is playful and happy, a fan of dogs and extremely affectionate. He's one of those cheerful fellows who will brighten your day - every day. He is pleasantly energetic (not too much!), but not a couch potato! We think Bam may be too rambunctious for a house with small kids (he could knock them down in his excitement) but would be great in most other homes, or a home with older children.

Sadly, at his young age he is already heartworm positive. Red Barn Rescue has started his treatment protocol and the expense will be paid by the rescue. He's a treasure....please apply to come meet him!

Bam is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and up to date on flea/tick preventative. Our $250 adoption fee covers these expenses.
