Meet Baby
This almost 3 year old is our newest sweetheart. Baby is a Heeler mix (maybe with lab?) and reportedly weighs 40 pounds although she may have added some COVID weight like the rest of us. She is very friendly and is quick to offer you her paw especially if a treat is involved. Baby loves cuddling, belly rubs, butt scratches and all attention in general. She is also a bit of a talker.
Baby loves being outside and would do best with a fully fenced yard where she can play fetch with you. She absolutely loves snow! She is good with other dogs but will try to herd them sometimes. If there are other dogs in your household, a meet and greet would be necessary to be sure the dogs get along. We don't think she would be a good fit with small dogs. She cannot go to a home with cats. She is not a fan.
If sweet Baby looks like the perfect new family member for your home, you can meet her on Saturdays from 10-2 at 809 Rockford Rd SW. She is anxiously awaiting visitors. We urge you to fill out an application prior to your visit.
