Baby Dachshund & Chihuahua Mix New Smyrna Beach, FL

Baby is a two year old chi mix who came from a hoarder with 19 plus other dogs. He took me an hour to catch and was terrified at first. He has been here a week and a half and now he will not leave my side. He is mostly potty trained and stays in the bathroom all day when I’m working and is fine sleeping there too. He is a very good bed fellow has been upgraded to the bed because I’m a firm believer you can cage a dog for the day or night but not both. I have not had the heart to crate him after all he has been thru but I may start doing that to perfect the potty issues. He is so loving and no longer has any desire to run away. The only thing he needs is if you keep your house in the low 70’s like me he needs a blanket he gets cold easy. I have a little bed that will go with him to his new home and any family would be lucky to have him. He is very calm and quiet just a perfect little soul. He comes up to date on shots and heartworm negative. He is getting neutered tomorrow at Granada Animal hospital. He will then be available for adoption.
