Meet Axel this fun spit fire boy is a bundle of energy and love. He is a very sweet boy who loves his treats and being brushed. His heeler and german shepherd cross brings a strong desire to learn and work, but also makes him a very loyal companion.
Axel may throw you for a loop the first time you meet him because he doesn't like having a barrier between him and his new human friends. The moment you step in with him all he wants is to play and get as much attention as possible. He does great with many dog friends boys and girls alike, but is too posh to associate with his feline counterparts.
Axel has such a fun loving personality that he gets along with children of any age especially the younger ones with the energy to play and wrestle with him all day. He also loves going on long walks, but when you first get going he does tend to pull you out the door because he is always ready to go, but once you get moving he is all for stopping and smelling all the smells he can and taking in any scenery around him. Once you are all done with a day of fun and adventure Axel will turn into the best giant lap dog you have ever had. He loves his blankets and can never have to many in his area.
