? Meet Axel — The Sweetest Gentle Boy ?<br/>Axel is an 8-month-old Lab mix (maybe with a little Coonhound in there!) who came to us from North Carolina with his two brothers. He’s a healthy, happy pup with a gentle spirit and a heart full of love.<br/><br/>Axel is doing wonderfully in his foster home — he’s working on potty training, getting more confident every day, and has been nothing but a good, sweet boy. He’s:<br/>? Great with other dogs<br/>? Shy but loving with people<br/>? Gentle, easygoing, and affectionate<br/>? Healthy and will be neutered in August<br/><br/>While Axel is still a little shy, he’s gaining confidence quickly and would do well in a home with another dog to help guide him — though it’s not required. He’s learning how to enjoy life outside the shelter and is showing more of his sweet personality each day.<br/><br/>This boy doesn’t have a mean bone in his body.
