AVOCADO's Story

Great news! My heartworm treatment is sponsored, meaning much of the cost of my heartworm treatment will be covered! Adopt me today so I can begin my treatment. Volunteer Notes: AVOCADO enjoyed the Volunteer Group Pack Walk, at Shadow Bay Park, this morning. He turned out to be an excellent car rider practically loading himself into the crate, in the back of my car Once at the park, all the sights and scents were a little exciting and overwhelming, so he was a bit of a puller on the leash for about the first ten minutes, before settling into an easier walk. Volunteers brought treats, waste bags, bowls and water. The park has a drinking fountain with a low basin for dogs. The paths alternate between paved, and sand. Some areas are lightly wooded, with native plants and trees. That, and perfect weather, made for a great day.
