Meet AVERY

If you are looking for a furry friend that will hang out with you but who is independent enough to entertain herself, then Avery is the girl for you. Avery is a four-year-old, 53-pound Australian Cattle Dog mix. She was found as a stray and taken to the county shelter. County then gifted her to Home Fur Good to find a forever home. Avery is a gentle girl; she will approach for affection and kisses, but she does not demand attention. She may initially come off as aloof, when really she is respecting your space, especially if she is just getting to know you. When Avery spots a familiar face she is all wags, and you can see her eyes light up. The adoption fee is $225 and includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm.
