Meet Austin
Austin is as sweet as the day is long! He hails from TX, found as a stray out in a deserted field with a few canine buddies. Because of this Austin guards his food and needs to be separate from others at meal times. He also eats very quickly and is using a slow feeder. He loves dogs and people but can be overly excited and intrusive! Austin rides well in a car, walks well on a leash and has had no accidents in the house! As much as Austin loves other dogs his true love is people. He loves nothing more than curling up beside you on the couch, and feeling the comfort of human companionship. He would do best in a home where he doesn't need to be crated or kenneled for long periods of time. He would also do best with another canine buddy and older children middle school age and up due to his size and excitability.
