Rose and Aurora are two gentle malamute mixes who spent nearly a year surviving on their own in the Sunnyside area. Now safe and cared for, these shy sisters are learning that people can be kind — but they need patient, loving homes to help build their trust. ?
Both girls get along beautifully with other dogs and dream of a calm, peaceful life surrounded by their new pack. Rose is a bit more reserved but enjoys chilling with her gang. Aurora is timid and still working on leash training, so she needs a family ready to go at her pace.
These bonded best friends were among the Magnificent 7 malamutes rescued by Hope 4 Huskies and are now with Northwest Snowdog Rescue after the rescue’s closing.
